Cancel before the session starts for a full refund to your wallet. No-shows by the provider are refunded in full.

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund.

Shop orders

Unpaid orders can be cancelled any time. Damaged items are refunded or replaced on request within 7 days of delivery.
