How do I book a consultation?

Pick an astrologer or a service, choose a free slot, and pay from your wallet or by card/UPI. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder.

What if my astrologer doesn't show up?

If a provider misses a scheduled session, you are refunded to your wallet in full. Repeated no-shows lead to suspension.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

A consultation that hasn't started can be cancelled from your bookings page. Eligible cancellations are refunded to your wallet.

Do wallet credits expire?

Money you add yourself never expires. Promotional credits carry their own expiry date, shown in your wallet.

How are pujas performed online?

Your pandit performs the ritual live over video with your name and gotra in the sankalp, and you can join from anywhere.

Which pujas need me to arrange items?

Each puja page lists what to have ready. For most pujas the pandit can also bring samagri for a small fee.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 days and arrive in 3-6 working days. You get tracking details by email once the parcel is picked up.

Are gemstones certified?

Yes. Every gemstone lists its origin, carat weight and independent certificate number on the product page.
